Assembly is a necessary process before weaving on the fabric. The quality of assembly and whether the method of assembly is reasonable play a very important role in the smooth production of the fabric. Therefore, the following problems should be paid attention to during the installation process.
The position of the heald on the front and back of the machine is different
The lifting height of the opening movement is different. The lifting height of the front heald is relatively low, the loom is stable when the heald is lifted, and the warp thread worn on the heald is subjected to small tension and is not easy to break the warp. The lifting height of the heddles after the machine is relatively high, the vibration of the loom is large when the heddles are lifted, and the warp thread worn on the heddles is subject to large tension and easy to break the warp. Therefore, after determining the way to wear the harness, it is also necessary to pay attention to: that is, to determine which group of warp wires is worn on the front harness and which group of warp wires is worn on the back harness. Its determination rules are as follows.
a. When the fabric has only one warp combination, the heald with more threaded threads should be placed in front of the machine, and the heald with less threaded threads should be placed behind the machine, so that the loom can run smoothly.
b. Comparing the interlacing of different lifting rules, the warp with more lifting times is threaded on the front heald, and the warp with less lifting times is threaded on the back heald, which can reduce the broken end of the warp wire.
e. When the fabric has two or more combinations, the warp with good wear resistance should be worn on the back of the machine, and the warp with poor wear resistance should be worn on the front of the machine.
Pay attention to the heald density on each piece of heald frame
Under normal circumstances, after the fabric organization is determined, the number of healds that need to be used is determined, but sometimes the number of warp wires worn on each heald is very different, some healds have only 1 to 2 healds per centimeter, and some healds have more than a dozen healds per centimeter. The density of the heald wire affects the difficulty of weaving. If the density is too large, the heald wire will be rubbed and easily broken. Therefore, any loom weaving on each piece of heald density is a certain requirement, water jet loom requires the heald density is generally not more than 12 /cm, and requires the number of times to raise the heald, the heald density to be small. When the drawing is determined, if it is found that the density of the heald on a piece of heald is too large, it is necessary to consider using two healds to wear the same lifting law, and to wear the two healds in a 1:1 ratio, so as to maintain the smooth weaving.
